In this role, you will be joining the Product Operations team and work directly with product management, engineering, and cross-functional business teams on the company’s top priority initiatives. Product Operations is responsible for building strong connections with user-facing teams, ensuring a tight product feedback loop, and coordinating high quality launches. The team is deeply rooted in customer empathy using MoonPay products and leverages data insights to help set strategy and direction.
The Senior Director of Product will lead high-impact initiatives across both Product Operations and Product Management, with a focus on customer-facing, AI-enabled tools and platforms. You will lead cross-functional work that enables product teams to deliver exceptional, intelligent experiences to customers, translating strategic goals into operational systems, product insights, and actionable roadmaps.
